The SAIL FAR for SK is a performance assessment and recognition program which aims to uphold and give distinction to remarkable performance of Sangguniang Kabataan across governance areas as they transition to full devolution. In the long run, it is envisioned to be an award and recognition-based program for all SKs of all barangays in the Province and/or Region in order to encourage their commitment to strive progressively, continuously improve their performances, and become champions of youth development and empowerment in their respective areas of jurisdiction.

This innovation is a product of Joint Undertaking between the sub-LGRRC Tambuli of Aurora and sub-LGRRC Bantayog of Camarines Norte.

For the 1st episode, the topics to be discussed are the following: Concepts on disaster risk reduction and management by PDRRMO, Understanding local weather disturbances by DOST-PAGASA, Flood hazards and understanding hazard maps by DENR-MGB RO3, and Operation Listo by DILG. For the 2nd episode, the focus was  on LGU and Community Preparedness on Earthquake and Tsunami Hazards.
